Chris Roach is a retired professional snowboarder. He has been in the snowboard Industry since the 80”s. Chris was honored in 2014 by TransWorld with the legends award. This was awarded due to his huge impact on the snowboarding industry. He currently is the owner of CR Trucking and Excavating.

Monty Roach Is a retired professional snowboarder and has had 30+ years in the snowboarding industry. Monty is now Working as an independent sales rep in the Action Sports Industry.

A native of the Sierra Foothills, Joe holds a Master in Public Health Degree and has worked for local health departments for 17 years. Inspired by the opportunity to impact youth lives in a positive way, Joe’s focus for the Revert Foundation is program development and outreach. Joe is an avid outdoors man and enjoys big carves on steep slopes! He is currently the Assistant Director for Placer County’s Public Health Division.

Jeff Baughn is the founder of Academy Snowboard Co. He is the President and oversees all operations including sales and marketing, camps, scholarships, fundraisers. Jeff is also the founder of Tahoe Taffy Co which works with many non profit organizations and local charity events. He has been actively involved in fundraising for the local high schools (Placer and Colfax).

As an experienced user interface and user experience designer with over 20 years of experience, Craig has proven success in product development, marketing, and customer care. Craig brings his experience to Revert to help grow the foundation and deliver results for our youth. In addition to his professional design experience, Craig has also been completely absorbed with snowboarding since the first day he tried it over 30 years ago.

John Sposeto is the President; Project Manager at Sposeto Engineering Inc. Prior to joining Sposeto Engineering, he worked in the Snowboard Industry as an Action Sport Photographer for International Snowboard Magazine.
